St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Nancy Diaz, 25, of 115 La. 663, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 11:48 a.m. on a warrant charging her with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on $600 bond.

Clayton Tardy Jr., 50, of 112 Jolivette St., Baldwin, was arrested Monday at 1:42 p.m. on a warrant charging him with probation violation. He was held on $5,000 bond.

Wendell J. Lancon, no age given, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 4:41 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, probation violation and issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.

Shawna M. Hebert, 18, of 2483 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 8:06 p.m. on a charge of telephone harassment. She was released on a summons.

Krustal L. Meranta, 23, of 206 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 9:03 p.m. on a warrant charging her with probation violation.

Destiny Dinger, 24, of 210 Franklin St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 9:52 p.m. on a Morgan City warrant on charges of possession of a legend drug without a prescription and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor. She was released to Morgan City police.

St. Mary Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division agents reported the arrest of Teddi-Christina Pickett, 26, of Houston, Texas, Monday at 5:15 p.m. on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a Schedule III narcotic, possession of a legend drug, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile and transactions involving drug proceeds. She was arrested after a traffic stop in the Morgan City area and held with no bond set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Alex James Landry, 17, of Weber Street, Franklin, Monday at 1:29 p.m. on a warrant charging him with second degree battery requiring medical attention. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Cathy Ann Fuhrer, 63, of Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 3:44 p.m. on a charge of obscenity. She was released to appear in court.

Eddie James Payton, 25, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Friday on a charge of illegal carrying of weapons. He was released on $1,000 bond.
