Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jerry Carscaden, 26, of La. 182, Jeanerette, Wednesday at 10:27 a.m. on a charge of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. He was released on $10,000 bond.
Nicole Ross, of Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 1:19 p.m. on Iberia Parish warrants charging her with aggravated battery and simple criminal damage to property. She was released on $1,000 bond.
