St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning.

Charrel McDaniel, 24, of 635 Bigler St., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 12:46 p.m. on a warrant charging her with theft under $500. No bond was set.

A juvenile male, age 16, of Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 1:17 p.m. on a charge of simple assault on a teacher. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Alvin Foret, 73, of 467 Hunting Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 6:39 p.m. on charges of careless operation with accident, open container and second offense DWI. No bond was set.

Daniel Alvarado, 32, of 718 Fifth St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 11:48 p.m. on charges of improper lane use, no driver’s license and DWI. No bond was set.

Andrew Hebert, 20, of 733 Utah St., Berwick, was arrested today at 1:49 p.m. on a warrant charging him with unauthorized entry and criminal damage to property. No bond was set.

Mikel Clark, 55, of 1064 Susan Court, Morgan City, was arrested today at 2:28 a.m. on charges of third offense DWI and improper lane use. He was held with no bond set.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members and parish SWAT team members made three arrests Thursday.

At about 6 a.m., a search warrant was executed at 1004 Joseph St. in Siracusaville, and agents located marijuana, cocaine, drug paraphernalia and cash inside. There was also a 4-year-old in the residence, which was also located within 2,000 feet of the Siracusaville Recreation Center and its playground.

Jarvis Granger, 27, same address, was charged with third offense possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile. He was also charged with a warrant on charges of flight from an officer, improper lane use, failure to signal, speeding, no insurance, reckless operation, stop sign violation, expired inspection, no seatbelt, switched license plate and open container.

Aris Granger, 24, of 1222 Joseph St., Siracusaville, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile.

Trey J Ones, 29, of 1048 Ciro St., Siracusaville, was charged with second offense possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile.

No bonds were set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Muayad A. Alhindi, 35, of Burban, Illinois, and Murharrir M. Joudeh, 34, of Bridgeview, Illinois, Thursday at 10:54 a.m. on charges of soliciting without a permit. Both were released on $300 bond.

Avrianna Denise Williams, 18, of Robert Street, Franklin; Keoyssa Christina Thomas, 18, of Weber Street, Franklin; Ashaniti Jaquan Frost, 19, of Weber Street, Franklin; Monica Lynn Simms, 36, of Seventh Street, Franklin; Lois Marie Williams, 47, of Robert Street, Franklin, and Destinee Sims, 17, of Seventh Street, Franklin, were all arrested between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Thursday on charges of disturbing the peace. Each was released on $250 bond

Jarvis Parker, 23, of Railroad Avenue, Franklin, was arrested a 3:27 p.m. Thursday on a failure to appear warrant. He was released on $190 bond.
