Bryan J. Businelle, 28, of 109 Blakesley St., No. 42, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:07 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to notify address change as a sex offender and probation violation. No bond was set.
Carlisle Grogan, 21, of 619 Sixth St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 6:03 p.m. on charges of shoplifting and probation violation. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Blake J. Charpentier, 18, of Chatsworth Road, Franklin, Tuesday at 7:53 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on a $2,000 bond.
Craig Gant, 20, of Scottie Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 7:53 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal damage to property. He was released on a $500 bond.
Eddie Payton, 24, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:51 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace. He was held on a $250 bond.
Michael Ray Payton, 23, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested today at 12:08 a.m. on charges of criminal trespassing, resisting an officer with force and disturbing the peace intoxicated. No bond was set.
