Paul M. Charles, 20, of 1509 Hickory St., Patterson, and Derek Landry, 25, of Opelousas, were arrested Wednesday at 2:07 p.m. on charges of simple escape after escaping while being transported from a halfway house to the parish jail by a private security firm. They were apprehended after a brief foot chase. No bonds were set.
Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Randy Prado Jr., 38, of 7035 Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, Wednesday at 2:13 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.
Rhonda Lodrigue, 34, of 1815 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 2:53 p.m. on a warrant charging Lodrigue with possession of Adderall. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Timothy Phillip Soudelier, 33, of Hendricks Street, Patterson, Wednesday at 1:41 p.m. on charges of second-offense DWI and reckless operation. No bond was set.
Brittany Marie Clements, 23, of Donna Drive, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:22 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on traffic charges. She was released on a $319 bond.
