Jimmie C. Smith, 38, of 300 Darlin St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 9:51 a.m. on charges of theft and criminal trespassing. He was released on a summons.
Brian Maize, 33, of 329 Cardinal St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 10:02 a.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
Steven Verret, 26, of Gibson, was arrested today at 1:35 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on $250 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Cedric D. Dupas, 25, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 3:06 p.m. on a warrant charging him with hit and run. He was released on $1,000 bond.
A 12-year-old male was arrested Wednesday on charges of two counts of simple battery and criminal damage to property over $500.
A 13-year-old male was also charged with criminal damage to property, being an ungovernable juvenile and simple assault.
Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
