St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrest of Torrance Watson, 32, of 508 First St., Franklin, Monday at 10:37 a.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Kenneth Colar Sr., 58, of 221 Jones Road No. 1, Four Corners, Monday at 3:05 p.m. on charges of driving left of center, driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cocaine. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported that two 13-year-old male juveniles were charged Monday with disturbing the peace by fighting. Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Baldwin Police Chief Gerald Minor reported the arrest of Tamille Gant, 35, of 126 Henry Lane, Franklin, Nov. 25 on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was turned over to Franklin Police.
