St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning.

Mikquelon Dugas, 29, of 262 Eves St., Jeanerette, was arrested Friday at 5:27 a.m. on charges of DWI, careless operation with accident and open container. No bond was set.

Joey J. Landry, 20, of New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 9:41 a.m. on charges of careless operation with accident, failure to report an accident and driving under suspension. He was released on a summons.

Dang Nguyen, 42, of 1309 Arbor Circle, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 7:52 p.m. on charges of criminal trespassing, disturbing the peace and open container. No bond was set.

Rusty Louviere, 34, of 9019 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 11:48 a.m. on a charge of illegal use of a weapon. No bond was set.

Nicholas Chauvin, 32, of 4051 Francis St., Berwick, was arrested today at 12:01 a.m. on a charge of theft. No bond was set.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Titus Jones, 32, of Siracusaville, Friday at 10:30 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. No bond was set.

David Acosta, 33, of 1530 U.S. 90, Lot 5, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 12:27 a.m. on charges of operating a clandestine lab, manufacturing of methamphetamine and possession of a Schedule II narcotic. No bond was set.

Robert M. Burke, 49, of 1553 U.S. 90, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 12:27 a.m. on a warrant charging him with distribution of cocaine. No bond was set.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Edward Colar Jr., 38, of Baldwin, Sunday at 10:30 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.

Erik Funez, 26, of Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 2:40 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jacque Pillette, 44, of Abbeville, Friday at 3:09 p.m. on warrants from Franklin charging him with two counts failure to appear, Kaplan warrants charging him with failure to appear, and he was also charged locally with speeding in a school zone and driving under suspension. No bond was set.

Quandrick Burrell, 19, of Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:37 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was released on $205 bond.

Charleston Morgan, 18, of Cedar Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:51 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was released on $200 bond.

Garrett Dekerlegand, 19, of Opelousas, was arrested Saturday at 5:57 p.m. on charges of speeding, 119 mph in a 70 mph zone, reckless operation and no inspection. He was released on $2,250 bond.

Lindsay Carline, 28, of Prairie Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 5:41 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule IV narcotics and Schedule II narcotics. No bond was set.

Matthew Ryan Trosclair, 25, of Florida Street, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 5:41 p.m. on charges of possession of two counts Schedule IV narcotics, possession of Schedule II narcotics, possession of a legend drug without a prescription. No bond was set.

Melvin Troy Thomas, 38, of Lafayette, was arrested today at 12:48 a.m. on a Lafayette warrant charging him with open container and was also charged locally with criminal damage to property. He was held on $1,500 bond.

Kevin L. Darby, 21, of Martin Luther King Street, Patterson, was arrested today at 3:34 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.

Jason Gerard Clarkston, 27, of Barrow Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 4:01 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.

A 10-year-old female was arrested Sunday on charges of simple burglary of a vehicle, attempted burglary of a vehicle and criminal trespassing. She was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
