St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

Paulisha Darbigny, 31, of 609 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 5:55 p.m. on a warrant charging her with two counts of issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

Ricky Bradford, 40, of 1200 James St., Apt. 5, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 11:50 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery. No bond was set.

Jose Marinez, 37, of Stephensville, was arrested Monday at 9:48 a.m. on charges of three counts issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons.

Betty Nelson, 55, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 9:56 a.m. on a charge of issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

Lynnis Rufus Parker, 47, of 8103 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 12:12 p.m. on a charge of failure to register and notify as a sex offender. No bond was set.

Angela Fabre, 52, of 121 Sydney Jo Lane, Berwick, was arrested Monday at 12:21 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.

Theresa Prejean, 18, of 1825 Main St., Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 1:54 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. She was released on a summons.

Seth Barnett, 20, of 234 Canton St., Berwick, was arrested Monday at 4:50 p.m. on a charge of second-degree battery of an inmate. He as already incarcerated and no bond was set.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Benny R. Carry, 46, of Broussard, Monday at 9:56 a.m. on a charge of theft. He was released on a summons.

Baldwin Police Chief Gerald Minor reported the arrest of Trey Lancon, 44, of 114 Rod Lane, Baldwin, on Nov. 25 on charges of disturbing the peace and disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on a summons.

Tiashea Depass, 23, of 102 Long St., Baldwin, was arrested Dec. 1 at 2:26 p.m. on a charge of criminal damage to property. She was released on her own recognizance.

Annika Depass, 20, of 205 John St., Baldwin, was arrested Dec. 1 at 2:26 p.m. on a charge of criminal damage to property. She was released on her own recognizance.

Troy Estelle, 42, of 104 Rosebud St., Baldwin, was arrested Dec. 1 at 2:43 p.m. on warrants from the sheriff’s office charging him with failure to appear on charges of DWI and theft. He was turned over to the sheriff’s office.

Dana Kelly, 38, of 108 Jolivette St., Baldwin, was arrested Monday at 9:16 a.m. on charges of two counts of criminal damage to property. Kelly was released on personal recognizance.
