David Fangue, 51, of 154 Andras St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 4:39 p.m. on a warrant charging him failure to appear for sentencing on a DWI charge. No bond was set.
Virgil Dowen, 58, of 1724 River Road, Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 4:04 p.m. on charges of driving under suspension and headlights required while raining. He was released on a summons.
Pearl Ross, 27, of 224 North Verret St., Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 7:03 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule III narcotics and drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Carmelita Danyell Ferguson, 38, of Irish Bend Road, Franklin, Tuesday at 3:05 p.m. on charges of remaining where forbidden. She was held on a $500 bond.
