St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

Clinton Williams, 47, of 1212 Cypress Road, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 6:53 a.m. on charges of criminal trespassing and criminal mischief. He was released on a summons.

Allister “Clay” Burgess, 26, of 246 Chitimacha Road, Charenton, was arrested Thursday at 7:24 p.m. on charges of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and simple criminal damage to property. No bond was set.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Garrian Dozier, 31, of Abbeville, Thursday at 3 p.m. on charges of second-offense possession of marijuana, driving under suspension and “driving on the right side of the roadway.”

Also arrested was James Plowden, 29, of Abbeville, on a charge of second-offense possession of marijuana.

Task force agents reportedly saw a vehicle cross the centerline of the road several times in the area of Big Four Corners Road in Four Corners. They stopped the vehicle and the arrests were made.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Yolanda F. Pitts, 35, of Hawkins Street, Franklin, Thursday at 11:11 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear and a New Iberia warrant charging her with failure to pay a fine. She was released on a total fine of $732.

Anthony Bourda, 31, of East Long Street, Baldwin, was arrested Thursday at 11:31 a.m. on charges of speeding and no driver’s license. He was released on a $245 fine.

Sherelle Cherise Martin, 28, of Lafayette, was arrested Thursday at 8:32 p.m. on charges of domestic battery and aggravated assault. She was released on a $3,000 bond.

Dawayne Stewart, 40, of Gibbs Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 8:35 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery. He was released on a $3,000 bond.

Jacob McCalister Bell, 57, of Fifth Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 12:42 a.m. on a charge of DWI. No bond was set.
