St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning.

Deshawn Lofton, 38, of 964 Chitimacha Trail, Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 1:26 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Charlotte Ivy Sherman, 32, of 134 Dotties Lane, No. 10, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:11 p.m. on warrants charging her with littering, simple criminal damage to property and theft over $500. She was released on $10,000 bond.

Paula Blakeman, 52, of 308 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 12:26 a.m. on charges of DWI and improper lane use. She was released on $2,750 bond.

Keith Faulk, 53, of 178 Village Lane, Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 12:10 p.m. on charges of violation of the vicious animals law and leash law. He was released on a summons.

Jonathan Ray Beadle, 22, of 125 Southeast Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 4:49 a.m. on four counts of aggravated assault, aggravated battery and aggravated criminal damage to property over $500. No bond was set.

William C. Clossom, 28, of 243 Darwin Road, Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 11 a.m. on a Patterson warrant charging him with shoplifting. He was transferred to Patterson police.

David Gall, 26, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 11:31 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a speeding charge. He was released on $314 bond.

Elisha Maxwell, 17, of 508 Carl Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 4:09 p.m. on a charge of theft. He was released on a summons.

The sheriff’s office narcotics division reported the arrest of Nicole Aucoin, 21, of 131 Main St., Morgan City, Friday at 12:05 p.m. on warrants charging her with possession of a Schedule IV narcotic. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Draven James LaFleur, 17, of Lafayette, was arrested Saturday at 3:30 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrests of Zinda Dunn, 50, and Marvin Derouen, 40, both of New Iberia, Friday at 11 p.m. Dunn was charged with aggravated domestic abuse battery and Derouen domestic abuse battery. No final dispositions were available this morning.

Samuel Tift, 48, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 10 a.m. on a charge of theft over $500 bond. He was released on a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Steven P. Broussard, 47, of Abbeville, Friday at 6:57 a.m. on charges of DWI, simple criminal damage to property and no insurance. He was released on $2,500 bond.

David Thompson, 33, of Verdun Lane, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:05 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a traffic charge. He was released on a $334 fine.

Dwan Lamon Anderson, 30, of B Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:02 a.m. on a charge of violation of a protective order. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Brandon Lamark Schexnayder, 36, of Milling Street, Franklin, was arrested Sautrday at 2:53 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.

Carmelita Danyell Ferguson, 39, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:51 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. She was held on $7,164 bond.

Kenneth Frank Smith, 53, of Pine Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:11 a.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden. He was held on $500 bond.

Darlene Dupre, 66, of Chatsworth Road, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 3:48 p.m. on charges of driving under suspension and warrants charging her with two counts of failure to appear on traffic charges. She was released on $1,600 bond.

Jeremy Paul Jennings, 18, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 11:18 p.m. on a charge of second offense possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Juvenile arrests included an 11-year-old female and a 12-year-old female on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting on Friday; a 15-year-old female was charged with disturbing the peace by profanity, simple assault and two counts of resisting an officer Sunday; a 13-year-old male was charged with remaining where forbidden and violation of a court order Monday; and a 15-year-old male and two 12-year-old males were charged with disturbing the peace by fighting Monday. All were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
