Granger, 35, of 1004 Joseph St., Morgan City, Wednesday at 3:54 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, keeping a disorderly place, and Franklin police warrants charging him with two counts of hit and run and driving under suspension.
