St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Kathleen A. Beadle, 53, of 1192 East Stephensville Road, Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 3:16 p.m. on warrants charging her with issuing worthless checks. She turned herself in and was released on a summons.

A juvenile male, age 14, of Glencoe, was arrested Thursday at 4:21 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Scott J. Marshall, 20, of 121 Bayou View Drive, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 5:07 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of improper lane use. He was released on $299 bond.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Bryson Bias, 21, of 430 Idaho St., Morgan City, and Stephen Bias, 47, of 302 Third St., Morgan City, Thursday at 9:48 a.m. Bryson Bias was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic marijuana. Stephen Bias was charged with possession of narcotics. No bonds were set.

Mamoom Khahil, 41, of Houma, and Nasir Tamini, 45, of Houma, were arrested Thursday at 3:38 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and transactions involving drug proceeds. Agents reportedly seized $20,000 in street value of synthetic marijuana and $15,972 in cash. Khahlil was released on $15,000 bond and Tamini on $7,500 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Terrance Matthew Clark Sr., 42, of Second Street, Franklin, Thursday at 10:35 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to return a leased movable. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Dirk G. Louviere, 48, of Fletcher Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:53 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of driving under suspension. He was held on $750 bond.
