Christina Melgar, 17, of Hendricks St., Patterson, and a female juvenile, age 15, were arrested Wednesday at 8:34 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. Melgar was released on $250 bond and the juvenile was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Robert Phillip, 53, of 706 Clark Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 1:08 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. He was released on a summons.
Neil Stelly, 47, of Kaplan, was arrested Wednesday at 3:25 p.m. on a charge of illegal possession of stolen things. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Desiree Michelle Fontenot, 29, of Lee Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 3:18 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery. No bond was set.
Dustin Charles Fontenot, 31, of Lee Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:18 p.m. on charges of domestic battery and aggravated assault. No bond was set.
