Dwain C. Bercegeay, 54, of 1218 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 11:15 a.m. on a charge of violation of a protective order. No bond was set.
Theopholia Thomas, 43, of 434 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 2:38 p.m. on a charge of illegal possession of stolen things. Thomas was released on $3,500 bond.
Roxanne Halvorson, 50, of 104 Shivers Lane, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 11:09 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. She was released on $250 bond.
Ruth Edwards, 48, and Paul Annaloro, 41, both of 306 Venus St., Bayou Vista, were arrested Saturday at 10:34 p.m. Edward was charged with domestic battery and Annaloro was charged with second-degree domestic battery. Annaloro was held with no bond set and Edwards released on a summons.
Amiee Chapman, 27, of 111 BDC Lane, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 1:10 p.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was also charged with possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Kenneth Smith, 52, of Pine Street, Franklin, Friday at 2:18 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was held on $250 bond.
Herman Charles Perry, 23, of Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 7:09 p.m. on warrants charging him armed robbery, armed robbery with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. No bond was set.
David Wayne Burrell, 28, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 7:37 p.m. on an Iberia Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear. No bond was set.
Javontre D’John Jackson, 17, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:22 p.m. on warrants charging him with remaining where forbidden, criminal trespassing, three counts of aggravated assault, simple criminal damage to property, disturbing the peace and resisting by flight. He was held on $6,280 bond.
Willie Joseph Derouen Jr., 49, of Caleb Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:08 p.m. on charges of DWI, hit and run and open container. No bond was set.
James Cross, 71, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:54 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was released to appear in court.
Jason Ian Watson, 40, of Fourth Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:51 a.m. on a charge of driving under suspension. He was held on $1,000 bond.
