Austin D. Bercegeay, 17, of 816 Hilda St., Morgan City was arrested Monday at 11:35 p.m. on a charge of theft by shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Bayou Vista.
He was booked and released on a summons.
Agents from the sheriff’s Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force reported the arrest of Victor L. James, 51, of 1403 Pine St., Franklin, Monday at 3:34 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
