Areanna C. Lee, 21, of 402 Halsey St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 10:33 a.m. on warrants charging her with issuing worthless checks and failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. She was held on $3,250 bond.
Nathan Ward Jr., 47, of 510 Fourth St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 12:11 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Earl Otis, 48, of Talbot Street, Franklin, Monday at 9:02 a.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal trespassing. He was held on $500 bond.
Ronald Dwayne Lumpkin, 34, of Isabella Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 2:41 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft of goods and was also charged with resisting by flight. He was held with no bond set.
Quindell Lamond Mitchell, 31, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 3:50 p.m. by Patterson police on a warrant on a charge of distribution of cocaine. He was also charged on warrants with three counts of failure to appear. No bond was set.
