Dora A. Jackson, 52, of 2148 La. 83, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:19 a.m. on a charge of no insurance. She was released on a summons.
Joyaunte Dugar, 23, of 409 Garber St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 7:56 a.m. on charges of driving under suspension, speeding and a failure to appear warrant on charges of seatbelt violation and expired license plate. Dugar was released on $304 bond.
Mark Derouen, 27, of 1601 Tower Tank Road, Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 12:27 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was held on $18,420 bond.
Yolanda Pitts, 35, of 1211 Samuel St., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 1:33 p.m. on a warrant charging her with introduction of contraband into a jail and probation violation. No bond was set.
Lashonda Michelle Collins, 33, of Maple Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 6:08 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to return a leased movable. She was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Three 16-year-old females were arrested Thursday on charges of criminal trespassing and flight from an officer. They were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
