St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

Shannon Sylvester, 25, of 202 Brashear Ave., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 11:03 a.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She turned herself in and was released on a summons.

Bernard Jackson, 25, of 702 Anderson St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:55 a.m. on a warrant charging him with indecent behavior with a juvenile. No bond was set.

Ciara Percle, 25, no address given, was arrested Wednesday at 12:17 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of theft, unauthorized use of a movable, probation violation, and Terrebonne Parish warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of criminal neglect of family and a probation hearing. No bond was set.

Allegra M. Ackerman, 31, of 116 Sydney Lane, Lot 16, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:40 p.m. on a charge of theft by shoplifting. She was released on a summons.

Randall P. Baker, 58, of 2213 La. 182, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 8:24 p.m. on a charge of stalking. No bond was set.

Brent Bridges, 27, of 132 Vaughn Lane, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:34 p.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing. He was released on a summons.

Russell Allen, 42, of 133 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 10:08 p.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic battery. He was held on $1,000 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Courtney D’Juan Dupas, 29, of Iberia Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 9:29 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was released on $500 bond.

Tosha Marie Gonsoulin, 19, of Rose Street, Centerville, was arrested Wednesday at 2:32 p.m. on a warrant charging her with telephone harassment. She was released on $321 bond.

Dontrell Lamon Robinson, 20, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:39 p.m. on warrants charging him with simple battery and failure to appear on traffic charges. He was released on $844 bond.

Deborah Jones Hills, 55, of New Iberia, was arrested Wednesday at 4:24 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of speeding. She was released on a $195 fine.

Michelle A. Levine, 28, of Bud Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 5:33 p.m. on charges of resisting an officer by giving false information and criminal trespassing. She was released on $1,500 bond.
