St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning.

Dwain Bercegeay, 54, of 105 Little Flower Lane, Apt. 1, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 9:57 a.m. on a warrant charging him with violation of a protective order. He was released on $500 bond.

Amy M. Bourgeois, 33, of 114 Verdun Lane, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 10:37 a.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on charges of theft and issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.

Emily T. Borel, 18, of 901 First St., Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 2:14 p.m. on a warrant charging her with two counts of criminal damage to property. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Rodney Perez, 54, of 279 Hunting Road, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:05 p.m. on a charge of vicious animal. He was released on a summons.

Kristie J. Bertrand, 25, of 1404 Canal St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 10:51 p.m. on a charge of simple criminal damage to property. She was released on a summons.

Kilo N. White, 22, of 901 Tall Timbers Lane, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 11:23 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of distribution of marijuana. White was released on $10,000 bond.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Ronald Gage, 56, of 7212 La. 182 East, No. 35, Morgan City, Wednesday at 6:12 p.m. on charges of possession of Loritab, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics in a drug free zone. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of China Breanna Johnson, 21, of Canal Drive, Franklin, Wednesday at 11:10 a.m. on Iberia Parish warrants charging her with two counts of failure to appear on traffic charges. She was released to Iberia Parish authorities.

Kempter Batiste, 32, of Mechanic Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 2:13 p.m. on a warrant charging him with third offense domestic abuse battery. He was released on $3,500 bond.

Brickel McDaniel, 19, of Gum Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 6:03 p.m. on a warrant charging her with obstruction of a public passage. She was released on $1,000 bond.

Sierra Moore, 17, of Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 6:03 p.m. on a warrant charging her with obstruction of a public passage and criminal damage to property. She was released on $2,000 bond.
