Debra J. Ray, 59, of 1201 Samuel St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:45 a.m. on a charge of hit and run. He was released on a summons.
Mark L. Broussard, 47, of 2116 Hebert St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:36 a.m. on a charge of theft. No bond was set.
Lucien Aucoin, 49, of 211 Cecilia St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 1:57 p.m. on an Assumption Parish warrant charging him with operation of a clandestine laboratory, possession of crystal methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transferred to Assumption authorities.
Dean Sanders, 46, of 125 Diane Lane, Lot 45, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 3:47 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of making an improper turn. He was also charged with resisting an officer and held on a $1,298 bond.
Jorge Cortez, 42, of New Iberia, was arrested today at 1:26 a.m. on charges of second-offense DWI, improper lane use and no driver’s license. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Joseph Septieme Hymel, 18, of Lockport, Friday at 5:11 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on a $2,000 bond.
Devon James Hartman, 20, of Cut Off, was arrested Friday at 5:11 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and reckless operation. He was released on a $5,500 bond.
Kalob Paul Foret, 17, of Raceland, was arrested Friday at 5:11 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on a $2,000 bond.
Mar’Keisha Alynezia Hamilton, 17, of Francis Lane, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 7:04 p.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was also charged with remaining where forbidden and held on a $500 bond.
Shawna Caroline Milton, 23, of Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:30 p.m. on charges of no driver’s license and a child restraint violation. She was released on a $500 bond.
Karla S. Charles, 24, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:45 p.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was released on a $500 bond.
James McClain, 28, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:38 p.m. on a warrant charging him with monetary instrument abuse. No bond was set.
Quincy O. Johnson, 35, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 12:50 a.m. on charges of DWI, no driver’s license, improper lane use, driving left of center, reckless operation, open alcohol container, resisting with force, resisting by refusing to be booked and expired license plate. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Bounkevt Somsy, 41, of Broussard, Sunday at 2:22 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on a summons.
