Myrtle Mae Naquin, 48, of La. 87, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 11:37 a.m. by the Third Ward Marshal’s office on a warrant charging her with failure to appear and obtaining a leased movable by false representation. She was held on a $1,000 bond.
