Cesar Arevalo, 44, of 1402 Chestnut Drive, Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 6:09 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was released on $500 bond.
Jobeth Denney, 26, of 301B Venus St., Bayou Vista, and a female juvenile, age 15, of Morgan City, were arrested Thursday at 6:35 p.m. on charges of simple battery. Denny was held on $500 bond and the juvenile released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Brent Bridges, 27, of 132 Vaughn Lane, Franklin, was arrested today at 12:20 a.m. on charges of speeding, improper lane use and possession of open alcohol container. He was released on a summons.
Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Morgan Bernard, 24, and Jared Jones, 25, both of 110 Southeast Blvd., Apt. 8, Bayou Vista, Thursday at 4:07 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Both were released on summons.
