Sid F. Thomas, 46, of 261 Dixie Road, Lot 5, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 1:16 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He turned himself in and was released on $500 bond.
John D. Foyt, 59, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 2:39 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. He was released on a summons.
Sable A. Leal, 22, of 237½ Clement St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 10:15 p.m. on Morgan City failure to appear warrants on charges of possession of marijuana and probation violation. No bond was set.
Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Shane Stratton, 22 of 715 General Hodges, Apt. 10, Morgan City, was arrested at 1:21 p.m. on warrants charging him with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Ecstacy and possession of Seroquel. He was also charged with second offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Randrinique Williams, 20, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, Monday at 12:03 p.m. on a warrant charging her with negligent injury. She was released on $1,000 bond.
