St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Shane Orgeron, 40, of 1640 Front St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 11:17 a.m. on a Franklin Parish warrant charging him with telephone harassment. No bond was set.

Dustin Burch, 17, of 213 Hendricks St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 8:27 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.

The St. Mary Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Devin Dinger, 18, of 2921 Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, Tuesday at 10:36 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a drug free zone. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Donald Joseph Derouen Jr., 21, of Anderson Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 9:31 a.m. on warrants charging him with criminal damage to property and criminal mischief. He was released on $2,500 bond.

George T. Flournoy, 49, of Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:18 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, disturbing the peace by public intoxication and open alcohol container. He was held on $2,000 bond.

Theresa L. Kinchen, 32, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. on charges of no turn signal, third-offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.

A 13-year-old female was arrested today on charges of curfew violation and ungovernable juvenile. She was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
