Wanda D. Carson, 41, of 219 Caffery St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:34 a.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on charges of issuing worthless checks, driving under suspension, failure to signal, expired license plate, expired inspection sticker and no insurance. She turned herself in and was released on a $5,000 bond.
Nicole M. Sanders, 25, of 160 Lenny’s Lane, Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 7:16 p.m. on warrants charging her with issuing worthless checks and failure to appear on charges of issuing worthless checks. She was released on a $2,000 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jamal Deshaun Kinchen, 21, of Mechanic Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 1:22 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was held on a $3,500 bond.
Steven Baptiste, 42, of Hamilton Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 6:34 p.m. on a charge of simple battery on the infirm. No bond was set.
