St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Tyler Guerin, 17, of 301 Carol Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 9:50 a.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal damage to property. He was released on $500 bond. It is the fourth arrest in a case of the egging of homes in Bayou Vista on July 16.

Arthur Jack, 17, of 112 Lincoln St., Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday at 7:46 p.m. on a charge of simple criminal damage to property and simple assault. He was held on $1,250 bond.

Stephen M. Charpentier, 34, of 134 Sidney Lane, Centerville, was arrested Tuesday at 9:26 p.m. on charges of improper backing, failure to signal and driving under suspension. He was released on a summons.

Sean Capak, 24, of 1702 Donna Drive, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:37 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic cannibinoids, abuse of toxic vapors, brake lights required and a St. Martin Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear. No bond was set.

Nina Morgan, 30, of 105 Rosepark Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 10:14 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was issued a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Devone Antoine Peters, 27, of Iberia Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 8:58 a.m. on warrants charging him with theft by fraud and unauthorized use of a movable. He was released on $2,000 bond.

David Davester Provost, 25, of Ash Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:38 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was held on $500 bond.

Johnny Emile Haydel, 49, of Sanders Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:40 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was released on $500 bond.
