St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

Scottie J. Black, 22, of 3522 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Thursday at 9:48 a.m. on a charge of theft. He was held with no bond set.

Clifford Dauphine, 21, of 4006 La. 182 Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 12:10 p.m. on a charge of loud music. He was released on a summons.

Julia M. Bailey, 50, of 825 Two Brothers Lane, Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 2:09 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was held on a $5,000 bond.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Brittany Bourque, 18, and Tiffany Randolph, 22, both of 818 Third St., Morgan City, Thursday at 3:47 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana. Randolph was also charged with failure to appear for drug court. Bourque was released on a summons and Randolph was held on a $102,000 bond.

Baldwin Police Chief Gerald Minor reported the arrest of Dewayne James Pierre, 26, of 616 Bollard St., Baldwin, Wednesday on a charge of probation violation. No bond was set.

Chad DeJuan Harris, 30, of 120 Collins St., Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday on charges of simple burglary and theft. He was held on a $10,000 bond.

Charles Martin Jr., 25, of 117 Collins Street, Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday on charges of four counts of simple burglary and three counts of theft. He was held on a $25,000 bond.

William Pierre, 28, of 409 Martin Luther King St., Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday on charges of criminal trespassing, four counts of simple burglary and four counts of theft. He was held on a $25,000 bond.

Bernard Colbert, 27, of 1037 Martin Luther King St., Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of simple burglary. No bond was set.
