St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

Blaine Boatman, 25, of 1511 Sterling Road, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:18 a.m. on charges of expired inspection, expired license plate, driving under suspension, no insurance and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of speeding. He was released on a $3,750 bond.

Tyrone Williams, 66, of 312 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Tuesday at 10:18 a.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons.

Kellie B. Pyle, 28, of 112 Shannon St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 2:28 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on charges of no child restraint and stop sign violation. She was held on a $348 bond.

Anyia A. Francois, 24, of 617 Duke St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 2:42 p.m. on warrants charging her with issuing worthless checks, failure to appear on a charge of speeding and a Terrebonne Parish warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of theft. She was held on a $2,848 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Matthew Trosclair, 24, of Florida St., Franklin, Tuesday at 2:04 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace, and another failure to appear warrant from 32nd Judicial District Court. He was held on a $5,000 bond.

Albert Soto, 25, of Federal Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 5:08 p.m. on a charge of principal to criminal damage to property. He was released on a $7,500 bond.
