St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning.

Tonyelle Chaunte Canty, 26, of 520 Utah St., Berwick, was arrested Monday at 8:24 a.m. on a Lafourche Parish warrant charging her with failure to appear. No bond was set.

Anthony Madison Jr., 27, of 611 Robert St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 10:48 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of traffic violations. He was held on $344 bond.

Elzina Marie Boutte Charles, 21, of 122 Jolivette St., Baldwin, was arrested Monday at 11:12 a.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on charges of remaining where forbidden and speeding. She was released on $834 bond.

Donnie Ray Brown, 55, of 3206 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, was arrested Monday at 11:44 a.m. on four warrants charging him with issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons.

Mary Bullock Foret, 53, of 223 Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 3:41 p.m. on charges of DWI, careless operation with accident and no insurance. No bond was set.

Ryan Wayne Carr, 21, of 622 Eighth St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 3:34 p.m. on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. No bond was set.

Lorraine Broussard, 53, of 203 East Third St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 4:35 p.m. on a warrant charging her with telephone harassment. She was released on a summons.

Ashlyn Coleman, 18, of 420 Verdun Road, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 5:02 p.m. on a charge of theft. She was released on a summons.

Terry Gibbs, 19, of 418 La. 318, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 5:51 p.m. on a charge of leash law violation. He was released on a summons.

Donna L. Vice, no age given of 118 Home Lane, Berwick, was arrested Monday at 7:55 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

Reginald Thomas, 46, of 259 Dixie Road, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 8:06 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. No bond was set.

Michael Hickson, 20, of 430 Idaho St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 8:30 p.m. on warrants charging him with attempted unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and criminal damage to property. No bond was set.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Tyler Joseph Voisin, 21, of 126 Elm St., Centerville, Monday at 5:02 p.m. on charges of possession of Lortab, open alcohol container and stop sign violation. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Quincy Johnson, 36, of Labau St., Baldwin, Monday at 11:05 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of DWI. He was held on a $1,136 cash fine.

Ryan Wayne Carr, 21, of Eighth Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 11:20 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace. He was released on $250 bond.

Kayla Rena Smith, 18, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 11:20 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace. She was released on $250 bond.

A 12-year-old male was charged with disturbing the peace by alarming the public and criminal mischief and 13-year-old female was charged with disturbing the peace by alarming the public Monday. Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.

A 13-year-old male and an 11-year-old male were arrested Monday on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Gregory Lasseigne, 35, of Prescott Drive, Morgan City, Friday on a warrant charging him with theft. He was released on a summons.

Joseph Lumpkin, 49, of Martin Luther King Road, Charenton, was arrested Friday on charges of theft and criminal trespassing. No bond was set.

Carlin Stelly, 34, of Breaux Bridge, was arrested Sunday on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of simple battery, illegal possession of stolen things, headlights required, expired inspection sticker and no registration. No bond was set.
