Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:

Toreum Poole, of 1045 Ramos St, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 11:36 a.m. on charges of aggravated assault, simple battery and cruelty to juveniles. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Alonzo Henry, 17, of 511 Williams St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 6:46 p.m. on a charge of simple burglary and on warrant charges of attempted unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, illegal carrying of a weapon and simple criminal damage to property. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Clifton Lodrigue, 27, 1001 Louisa St, Patterson, was arrested by the sheriff’s Narcotics Division agents Tuesday at 5:39 p.m. on a warrant charge of possession of Schedule III (Stanozolol). Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:

Rigobert Falgout Jr., 30, of Banner Drive, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:21 a.m. on warrants charging him with three counts of protective order violation. He was released on a $2,500 bond.

Chad Anthony Mendoza, 37, of Hamm Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple assault. He was released on a $296.50 cash bond.

Larry James Smith, 18, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 12:11 p.m. on charges of possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and entering contraband into a penal facility. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Reginald Thomas, 46, of Dixie Road, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 2:40 p.m. while incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center was processed on a warrant issued by the Franklin Police Department, charging him with theft over $10,000. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Gerald Domingue Jr., 24, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 6:11 p.m. on a warrant issued by City Court of Jeanerette, charging him with failure to appear. He was turned over to Jeanerette authorities.

Richard Lee Lajaunie, 44, of Second Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:37 p.m. on a charge of theft of a lawnmower. Bond was set at $1,000.
