Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Telisa Kenner, 45, of Solar Apartments, No. 38, Morgan City, and Keeton J. Trosclair, 30, of Gibson, Monday at 10:21 a.m. Kenner was charged with possession of cocaine, resisting an officer and obstruction of justice and Trosclair was charged on six warrants with failure to appear for drug charges. No bonds were set.
Derek N. Gould Jr., 26, of 725 Versen St., Lot 6, Berwick, was arrested Monday at 5:43 p.m. on charges of improper license plate display, reckless operation, driving under suspension, second-offense possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Eugene A. White, 30, of Gibson, Monday at 4:23 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of domestic battery. He was held in lieu of a $671 fine.
Ernest Larry Otis, 49, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:15 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated, remaining where forbidden and vagrancy. He was held on a $1,250 bond.
Liliac Todd, 55, of Eighth Street, Franklin, was issued a summons Monday at 3 p.m. on Iberia Parish charges of issuing worthless checks.
