St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning.

Chad Bird, 24, of 1915 River Road, Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 1:19 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of disturbing the peace. He was released to Morgan City police.

Ebony Jordan, 25, of 1351 Joseph St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 3:19 p.m. on charges of driving under suspension, expired license plate, no insurance and expired inspection. She was released on a summons.

Renesta Taylor, 27, of 313 Ellis St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 3:19 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

Lynn Foland, 49, of 701 Onstead St., Morgan City, was arrested today at 12:30 a.m. on charges of no driver’s license, failure to dim headlights and a failure to appear warrant on traffic offense. No bond was set.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Mark Barto, 39, of Franklin, Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. on a Lafayette Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear for revocation of charges of simple battery. He was held awaiting transfer.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Ray Picard Jr., 43, of Hamm Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 10:10 a.m. on charges of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and simple criminal damage to property. No bond was set.

Roy Ray, 39, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:32 a.m. on charges of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and simple criminal damage to property. No bond was set.

Gable Jack, 52, of Cole Drive, Franklin, was arrested today at 12:56 a.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was held on $500 bond.
