St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests over the last two days:

Kyle Roy, 19, and Colby Roy, 19, both of 215 Roy’s Lane, Centerville, were arrested Tuesday on charges of simple battery after an incident involving a fight. Both were released on bond.

Michael Anthony Hale, 21, of 323 Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 3:15 a.m. on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. No bond was set.

Vintrella J. Boyd, 31, of 1120 Grace St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 7:16 p.m. on charges of resisting an officer by giving false information, disturbing the peace with obscene language, three counts of resisting an officer and a Thibodaux warrant charging him with failure to appear. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Nakisha Nicole Hunter, 25, of St. John Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 1:10 a.m. on charges of resisting an officer by giving false information and no insurance; an Iberia Parish warrant charging her with failure to appear and a Lafayette Parish warrant charging her with failure to appear. She was held with no bond set.

Francis Casmiere, 54, of Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:02 a.m. on charges of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, criminal damage to property and resisting an officer without force. No bond was set.

Kenneth Smith, 52, of Pine Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:05 p.m. on charges of remaining where forbidden and open alcohol container. He was held on $750 bond.

Christopher Deon Jones, 27, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:56 p.m. on a charge of aggravated battery. No bond was set.

Theresa Breanna Williams, 23, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:15 a.m. on a charge of aggravated battery. No bond was set.

A 14-year-old male was arrested Tuesday on charges of ungovernable juvenile, simple battery and damage to property.

A 15-year-old female was arrested Tuesday on charges of disturbing the peace by profanity.

Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Christopher D. Jones, 27, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:09 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of speeding. He was held on $350 bond.
