St. Mary Parish Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Julia Bailey, 51, of 3308 Lake Palourde Drive, Amelia, was arrested Friday at 12:05 p.m. on a charge of forgery. She was released on a summons.

Ferrisha Harris, 29, of 439 Sorrel Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Friday at 2 p.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was released on $500 bond.

Jose Hernandez, 52, of 5807 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:37 p.m. on charges of no driver’s license, careless operation of a motor vehicle, hit and run and failure to report an accident. He was released on a summons.

Brandon J. Eues, 22, of 1061 Tower Tank Road, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 12:30 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was released on $279 bond.

Jose Bibian, 25, of 156 Lenny’s Lane, Amelia, and Rafael Bibian, 44, of 152 Lenny’s Lane, Amelia, were both arrested Sunday at 2:08 a.m. on charges of simple battery. Both were released on $500 bonds.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Michael Anthony Jr., 20, of Gibson, Thursday at 1:52 p.m. on a Terrebonne Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on traffic charges. He was turned over to Terrebonne authorities.

Shaquille Latroy Conner, 21, of Kemper Road, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 12:02 p.m. on a Terrebonne Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on a traffic charge. He was released on a $285 cash fine.

Barry James Rouchon Jr., 24, of Chatsworth Road, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 9:29 p.m. on a charge of resisting an officer and battery on an officer. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Takeila Laquan Rouchon, 29, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 9:29 p.m. on a charge of interference with a police officer in performance of duties. She was released on $1,000 bond.

Laquan J. Bowie, 29, of Hanson Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:09 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was released on $500 bond.

Darold K. Hawkins, 57, of Curtis Drive, Franklin, was arrested today at 2:32 a.m. on charges of DWI and reckless operation. No bond was set.

A 16-year-old female was arrested Thursday and charged with ungovernable juvenile.

A 14-year-old male was arrested Friday and charged with ungovernable juvenile.

Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
