David Montgomery, 34, of Baytown, Texas, and Anthony Pennison, 39, of 300 Southeast Blvd., Apt. 3, Bayou Vista, were arrested Wednesday at 4:29 p.m. Montgomery was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, simple burglary of a vehicle and shoplifting. No bond was set. Pennison was charged with shoplifting and illegal possession of stolen things. He was held on a $2,000 bond.
Timothy L. Darby, 34, of 105 Little Flower Lane, Apt. 4, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 7:38 p.m. on charges of simple burglary, criminal trespassing and four issuing worthless checks warrants. No bond was set.
Kane R. Thomas, 22, of 3270 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Wednesday at 7:39 p.m. on a charge of illegal possession of stolen things. No bond was set.
Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Angela Campbell, 47, of 1106 Grace St., Morgan City, and Susette Fatheree, 36, of 227 Glenwood St., Apt. E, Morgan City, Wednesday at 1:28 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. They were released on summonses.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Ranie Pepperday, 36, of La. 182, Morgan City, Wednesday at 11:03 a.m. on charges of speeding, possession of marijuana, no insurance and headlights violation. He was released on a $3,000 bond.
Charles Austin, 46, of Senette Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:32 p.m. by the Third Ward Court Marshal’s office, on a bench warrant. No bond was set.
