St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past weekend:

Jody Cubbedge Jr., 36, of 311 Carol Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 10:53 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of improper turn signal. He was also charged with parole violation. He was held on $319 bond.

Thomas Cook, 29, of 1207G Main St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 3:50 p.m. on a warrant charging him with probation violation. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Antonio Campbell, 24, of 1404 Canal Road, Bayou Vista, and Shatoya Charles, 24, of 1404 Canal Road, Apt. 10, Bayou Vista were arrested Saturday at 8 a.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery. Charles was released on unspecified bond and Campbell held with bond pending.

Ricky Watts, 24, of 512 Levee Road, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 1:38 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear for a revocation hearing on charges of distribution of marijuana and failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana, as well as probation violation. No bond was set.

Joshua Flores, 37, of 2014 La. 182, Morgan City, and Joshua Eldridge, 19, of Conroe, Texas, were arrested Sunday at 1:09 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. Both were released on $250 bonds.

Pamela Hubler, 49, of 3430 Third St., Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 9 a.m. on charges of possession of a prescription drug without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.

Jody Cubbedge Sr., 54, of 3430 Third St., Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 9 a.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.

Robert Taylor, 28, of 210 Mars St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 10:53 a.m. on charges of simple burglary, unauthorized entry of a business, possession of burglary tools, illegal possession of stolen things, criminal trespassing, simple criminal damage to property, resisting by flight and resisting by providing false information. No bond was set.

Joey Viltz, 47, of 2461 La. 318, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 10:38 a.m. on a charge of second-degree battery. No bond was set.

A 14-year-old juvenile of Patterson was arrested Sunday at 11:52 a.m. on charges of cellphone theft and damage to property. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.

Brandy Oncale, 17, of 512 Mike Drive, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 5:20 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. He was released on a summons.

Jonathan Landry, 40, of 5003 Mount St., Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 6:26 p.m. on a charge of aggravated assault. He was released on $1,000 bond.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Edwin Calloway, 31, of 406 First St., Morgan City, Friday at 3:12 p.m. on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, obstruction of justice, transactions involving drug proceeds, open alcohol container and no driver’s license. He was held on $35,500 bond.

Tyler Osburn, 20, of 1817 Dale St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 2:59 p.m. on a charge of possession of a Schedule III narcotic. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Lori Falls Thompson, 50, of 582½ Young St., Berwick, was arrested Friday at 4:45 p.m. on a charge of possession of a Schedule IV drug with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and second offense possession of synthetic marijuana. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported that Franklin investigators in the Criminal Investigation Technology Unit, with assistance from the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office, identified and arrested Christopher Alan Mascair, 28, of Pontchatoula Friday at 5:13 p.m.

Detectives operating undercover online and posing as a 15-year-old female participated in a one-month investigation in which Mascair reportedly engaged in “lewd and lascivious behavior” with the detectives. Mascair turned himself in to Tangipahoa authorities after a warrant was issued charging him with indecent behavior with juveniles and computer-aided solicitation of a minor for sexual purposes.

Chief McGuire encourages all parents to be aware and mindful of the dangers involving minors online and strongly urges parents to notify their local law enforcement agency if they suspect any illegal activity involving minors online.

In unrelated arrests, Christopher James Roberts, 38, of Cedar Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:53 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Wanda Denise Mack, 42, of Cedar Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:09 a.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on charges of theft of goods and issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.

Colby L. Spain, 29, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 11:54 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by intoxication. He was released on $281 bond.
