St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Three persons were arrested after an altercation Tuesday.

Jason Adams, 36, of 141 Evia Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 8:22 a.m. on warrants charging him with second-degree battery and two counts of simple battery.

Dale Gauthier, 57, of Evia Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 8:24 a.m. on a warrant charging her with aggravated battery.

Stacy Everitt, 32, of 141 Evia Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 8:26 a.m. on a warrant charging her with aggravated battery.

No bonds were set.

Riley Robert Hall, 41, of Palm Bay, Florida, was arrested Thursday at 10:45 a.m. on charges of possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.

Andrew Joseph Paul Hebert, 20, of Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 11:24 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of unauthorized entry of a business and simple criminal damage to property. He was held on $10,000 bond.

St. Mary Parish Sheriff‘s Narcotics Division officers reported the arrest of Sandra Rogers, 52, of 201 Nicklaus St., Berwick, Thursday at 5:31 p.m. on charges of failure to use turn signal, possession of legend drugs without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bonds were set.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Dawn Meche, 47, of Charenton, Thursday at 2 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct. No bond was set.
