St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Marchall Spires, 45, of 533 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 12:34 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.

Shane Darrell Todd, 36, of 518 Murphy St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 9:30 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of criminal neglect of family. He was held on $11,157 bond.

Gregory Charles Harman, 59, of 730 Oregon St., Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 7:47 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.

Jeri Michelle Holley, 41, of 100 Marin St., Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 7:47 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a summons.

A juvenile male, age 15, of Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:10 p.m. on a charge of being ungovernable. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.

Olbin Lopez, 30, of 7257 La. 182, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 1:25 a.m. on charges of aggravated battery and disturbing the peace by fighting. He was held on $10,250 bond.

Clifford Johnson Jr., no age given, of 148 Jones Road No. 2, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 2:03 p.m. on a warrant charging him with second-degree robbery. Bond was set at $100,000.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Mong Ha Mai, 27, of New Orleans, Saturday at 2:12 p.m. on a charge of cruelty to animals. Mai was released on a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Genevia Leona Dauphine, 27, of Easy Street, Franklin, Friday at 2:17 p.m. on a warrant charging her with third-offense shoplifting. She was released on $1,500 bond.

Anthony T. Bourda, 31, of East Long Street, Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 4:54 p.m. on a warrant charging him with parole violation. No bond was set.

Brian K. Henry, 46, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 5:58 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Alfred Jamal Hilliard, 24, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:29 p.m. on an Iberia Parish warrant charging him with rioting. He was held on $150,000 bond.

Carl Joseph Dupas, 48, of Park Avenue, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 5:16 a.m. on warrants charging him with false imprisonment and fourth-offense domestic battery. No bond was set.

Jamal Jerel Johnson, 18, of Roy’s Lane, Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 10:13 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. He was released to appear in court.

Dijon Thomas James Bell, 18, of James Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:13 p.m. on charges of possession or marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. He was released to appear in court.

Eddie Wayne Stackhouse, 17, of Baker Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:13 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and a headlight violation. He was released to appear in court.

Gary L. Christensen, 48, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 11:09 p.m. on a charge of DWI and no seatbelt. No bond was set.

Courtney Gauthier, 26, of Sterling Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 11:22 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was held on $282 bond.

Ron Devon Lewis, 31, of Manuel Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 12:23 p.m. on charges of rear mirror violation and driving under suspension, and a warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was held on $1,579 bond.

Mark Jones, 36, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 12:24 a.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery and was additionally charged with second-offense domestic abuse battery. He was held with no bond set.

A 13-year-old male was charged Friday with disturbing the peace by fighting and battery on an athletic official.

A 12-year-old male was arrested Friday on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting.

A 15-year-old male was arrested Saturday on charges of possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol.

A 16-year-old female was arrested Saturday on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting.

A 14-year-old female was arrested Saturday on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting.

A 15-year-old female was arrested Saturday on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting.

All the juveniles above were released to guardians pending juvenile court.

A 13-year-old female was arrested Saturday on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting, disturbing the peace by obscene language, two counts of resisting an officer with force, aggravated battery of a police officer, two counts of simple escape, obstruction of a public passage and inciting a riot. She was ordered held at a court-ordered juvenile facility pending a hearing.
