Port board will meet Monday

A light agenda awaits the Morgan City Harbor and Terminal District, who will hold its monthly meeting Monday.

The board will discuss a letter of no objection from Miller Engineers & Associates on behalf of Daniel Felterman regarding a project for the engineering firm.

The board also will discuss the Louisiana Deferred Compensation plan, the Louisiana Compliance questionnaire and its contract with a consultant, The Livingston Group in Washington, D.C.

Under old business, the board will discuss the InterMoor facility, the seventh payment for Phase 3 work for $387,338.86; the port’s boat ramp project, improvements to the port’s office building and a bid package for its parking lot improvements.

Monday’s meeting will begin at 5 p.m. at the port’s office at 800 Youngs Road. It is open to the public.
