The Morgan City Harbor and Terminal District commissioners will meet Monday to discuss ongoing projects.

Included on the agenda are discussions on payment for Youngswood Development construction and substantial completion of the same; a first payment on the new boat launch for the U.S. Coast Guard; and parking lot improvements.

The port commissioners will also amend their agreement with attorney Gerard Bourgeois to reflect the new name and partner in his firm, now Bourgeois and Thorguson.

Reports from Executive Director Jerry Hoffpauir, Treasurer Deborah Garber, and representatives of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Coast Guard and employed engineering firms will also be heard.

The open, public meeting will be held at 5 p.m. at the port’s office at 800 Youngs Road in Morgan City.
