The primary election is set for March 24 and the general election for April 21, both in 2012.
Democratic parish executive committee and state central committee fees are both $112.50; Republican parish executive committee fee is $93.75 and state central committee fee is $112.50.
Fees must be paid in cash, certified check, cashier’s check or money order. Personal checks are not accepted.
Qualifying will be Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the St. Mary Parish Clerk of Court office in the parish courthouse in Franklin, and from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday at the same location. The office is open during the noon hour.
