Third Ward Court Marshal David J. McCoy Jr. presented a plaque in recognition of the service of David Bruno last Thursday at the Baldwin board of aldermen meeting. Bruno served in law enforcement in Morgan City, Patterson, Berwick, Franklin and Baldwin. McCoy noted that Bruno kept himself and some of his friends out of trouble when he was a youth, something he’s never forgotten and is grateful for.
