“Storyboarding is critical to trial preparation as it allows the litigator to construct a substantive narrative by organizing a chronological outline of the facts surrounding the case,” says Reggie. “As in movie production, a storyboard is used to brainstorm all the ideas before taking action by creating a process of visual thinking and planning — it helps crystalize the message that will be delivered to the jurors.”
The lecture, which will be delivered on Feb. 28, is part of the College of Law Skills and Experiential Learning Program led by Loyola Professor Christine Cerniglia Brown.
