To participate, an application must be filled out and a parent/guardian must sign off. A copy of the youngster’s birth certificate and a $40 fee must be paid, too. No family will be charged more than $80 for two or more participants in a league or combination of leagues.
Applications must be submitted to the MCRD (915 Everett St.) between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Tryouts for all leagues — for new players or players moving up to another league — will be held Wednesday at Norman Park at 5:30 p.m.
