Sections of Victor II Boulevard began to be closed Monday morning and will continue throughout the week due to the milling and overlaying of Victor II Boulevard, said Morgan City Mayor Tim Matte.
Work began at the intersection of Victor II Boulevard and Cottonwood Street Monday morning and will continue toward Marguerite Street, Matte said.
The milling and overlaying is expected to be mostly done by the end of the week, Matte said.
