Artist Michelle Fontenot will be on hand to unveil the artwork at approximately 5 p.m. and sign copies for those in attendance.
The public is invited.
Proceeds from the poster benefit the many projects of the TECHE Project, which include bayou cleanups, environmental education and promotion of the bayou as a valuable natural resource.
Cost of a poster is $25.
The artwork will remain on display at the bank’s Breaux Bridge branch until July 18, and will be on display at other Teche Federal Bank locations on the following dates:
–Opelousas: July 18-25;
–New Iberia: July 25-Aug. 1;
–Franklin: Aug. 1-8;
–Bayou Vista: Aug. 8-15
–Morgan City – Aug. 15-22.
Order forms for the poster will be available on the web sites of both Tour du Teche (www.tourduteche.com) and TECHE Project (www.techeproject.com) after the unveiling.

Tour du Teche is the 135-mile canoe and kayak race on Bayou Teche. It will be held Oct. 5-7. In its third year, its goal is to promote outdoor recreation along the Bayou Teche Corridor.
