PATTERSON CYPRESS Sawmill Festival Queen Jessica Decuir has been busy promoting the festival across Louisiana. On Aug. 5, she attended the St. Charles Festival Pageant in Norco where she congratulated Queen Victoria Pellerin, right in top photo. Decuir also attended the Miss Iberia Pageant on Aug. 12 where she congratulated Queen Jasie Hebert, left in bottom photo.
