Work on the inside of the upcoming Tropical Smoothie Café was under way this morning. The café will be located on La. 182 in Morgan City. Owners Paul and Aimee Arcemont are expecting the café to be open at the beginning of next month. Aucoin Development Corporation from Donaldsonville is handling the construction.
